Terms of service
These terms are the rules for playing GodSpeed - Running Simulator. By installing or playing the game, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't play. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
1. Who we are
GodSpeed is made by Coffad Studios, the developer name of Aditya Nikam, an independent developer based in Maharashtra, India. You can reach us at coffadstudio@yahoo.com.
2. Who can play
The game is for players aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, or under the age of adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you and approve any purchase.
3. Your account
- You can play as a Guest or sign in with Google. A Guest account lives only on your phone until you link Google. If you clear the app's data, reset or lose your phone before linking, your Guest progress may be gone for good.
- Your account can be open on one phone at a time. Opening it on another phone signs the first phone out.
- Keep your phone and Google account secure. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
4. Nicknames
Your nickname and player ID are public. Don't pick a name that is rude, hateful, sexual, uses someone else's identity, or pretends to be GodSpeed staff. We can change or reset a nickname that breaks this rule.
5. Coins and items
God Coins (GC), Run Coins (RC), heroes, pets, passes, trails and other items are a personal licence to use content inside the game. They are not money and not your property. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for real money, and can't be sold, traded or moved to another account. Our server's record of your balance and items is the official one. We may correct it if a bug or mistake adds or removes something by error. Prices, rewards and odds in the game may change over time.
6. Buying God Coins
God Coin packs are sold through Google Play at the price Google Play shows you. Coins are added once our server confirms the purchase with Google. If a completed purchase doesn't arrive, email us with your Google Play order number and we'll sort it out. All purchases are final, except where the law or Google Play's refund policy says otherwise.
7. Refunds and chargebacks
Refunds for purchases are handled by Google Play. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, we take back the God Coins it gave you. If you have already spent them, we take back items you bought with God Coins after that purchase, starting with the oldest, until the amount is covered. If an item is worth more than what's owed, the difference is returned to you as God Coins. Anything still owed is subtracted from God Coins you receive later. Deleting your account does not give you a refund.
8. Eggs and random rewards
The chances for each egg are shown before you hatch it. Every hatch is a separate roll, so buying more doesn't guarantee a rare result.
9. Rewarded ads
Ads are optional. You get the reward shown on the button after the ad finishes. There are daily limits, and sometimes no ad is available. If an ad doesn't play to the end, no reward is given.
10. Fair play
Don't cheat. That means no hacks, modified versions of the game, bots, automation, fake purchase receipts, exploiting bugs, or attacking our servers. Our server checks every reward and ignores ones that aren't possible. If you play without an internet connection for a long stretch, only about 15 minutes of that progress is counted when you reconnect. If we find cheating, we may remove what was gained unfairly, reset progress, or suspend or delete the account. Our response will match how serious the problem is.
11. Other runners
The other runners you see in the game are computer-controlled. The game doesn't have online multiplayer or chat at the moment.
12. Changes to the game, and ending it
We keep improving the game, so features, balance, prices and content may change, and the game needs an internet connection to save progress. Servers may sometimes be down for maintenance. If we ever decide to shut the game down, we'll try to give at least 30 days' notice in the game. Unused coins and items will end with it and aren't refundable, except where the law requires a refund.
13. Our responsibility
We work hard to keep the game running well, but we can't promise it will always be free of bugs or available without interruption. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the game in the 12 months before your claim. This doesn't limit our responsibility where the law doesn't allow limits, for example for fraud.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of Maharashtra, India. If you live in another country, you keep the protection of the consumer laws there, and you may be able to bring a claim in your local courts. Please contact us first, because most problems can be solved quickly by email.
15. Privacy and deleting your account
Our privacy policy explains what data the game uses. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time on our deletion page. Once deletion is complete, your progress and items can't be brought back.
16. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. For important changes, we'll tell you in the game before they take effect. If you keep playing after that, the new terms apply.
